Delivery Policy for Individuals:
No minimum purchase amount is required to benefit from the delivery service.
A shipping fee of 30 SAR including VAT will be applied if the order cost is less than 500 SAR.
Delivery is free for orders of 500 SAR or more.
Heavy items & products such as beds and chairs that weigh over 20 KG, will be treated and priced differently and according to its actual weight and dimensions (1 SAR per extra KG).
Delivery period in Riyadh is 1-2 days, and for out of Riyadh is 2-4 days.
Delivery Policy for Businesses
The mechanism, cost, and duration of delivery for each submitted order will be agreed upon separately.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you wish to return a product, it must meet the following conditions, and we will either exchange it for you or refund your money. The purchase invoice is required to provide return and exchange service within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The store's approval for the return request is necessary.
Products that are damaged or used cannot be returned.
Purchases made through medical insurance cannot be returned.
You can return or exchange what you have purchased according to the following conditions: If the order is canceled before delivery, the full purchase amount will be refunded, including delivery fees, to the same credit card used within 7-14 working days. If the order is returned or exchanged after delivery, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7-14 working days without refunding the delivery fees since the service was utilized.
To return or exchange purchased products, a request must be raised within 14 days of the purchase.
In the case of returning 1+1 or 2+1 offers or a discount on the second item, the entire offer set must be returned.
In the case of returning promotional items, the entire promotional set must be returned at the value during the offer.

Items must be in their original condition without any changes (such as color change or damage).

The situations in which we do not accept product returns or exchanges are:
- If the barcode is removed or erased.
- Items that require special storage conditions, such as whitening gyl…etc.
- Products of a personal use nature cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Medical clothing for public health preservation.
- If the product is customized or prepared according to the customer’s request, unless the specifications do not match the customer’s request.
- If the reason for a product return/refund/exchange is related or caused by the seller, then the seller will cover all related costs.
- If the reason for a product return/refund/exchange is related or caused by MediStore, then MediStore will cover all related costs.
